What is an ESO?

An Entity Service Object (ESO) is your digital representation in the ORBIT ecosystem. It contains your company data, financial metrics, preferences, and agent configuration. Created during the quick onboarding.

How does matching work?

Your Agent continuously scans the ecosystem for compatible counterparties based on thesis alignment, sector, geography, stage, and check size. Matches are surfaced with a compatibility score and proceed through staged revelation.

What is staged revelation?

A five-level progressive disclosure system (L0-L4). At L0, only anonymous aggregate data is shared. Identity is revealed at L2 (requires your consent, irreversible). Full financials are shared at L3-L4.

Can I control what my Agent does?

Yes. You choose your autonomy level from Manual (you approve everything) to Full Auto (Agent handles 95% independently). Critical actions like identity reveals and financial commitments always require your approval.

How is my data protected?

AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Agent-to-agent double encryption. SOC 2 Type I compliant. Data room documents watermarked per viewer. Full audit trails.

What happens when I cancel?

Your ESO is archived (not deleted) for regulatory compliance. Active deal rooms close and counterparties are notified. You can export your data at any time before or after cancellation.
