FAQ
What counts as a credit?
Every action MIKE or CLAWRE takes on your behalf — matching, drafting, parsing, modeling — consumes credits from your monthly pool. The credit cost table above lists the most common actions.
What happens if I run out?
Light read-only work keeps running. Heavy actions pause until you top up or roll into next month. We notify you at 80% and 100% so you never get surprised.
Are voice notes counted?
Yes. Transcription is rolled into the action that uses it — for example, a WhatsApp voice note is the WhatsApp message cost plus the transcript analysis cost if the agent acts on it.
What is the success fee?
Stream 3 applies on closed deals. Standard schedule is 5% on deals up to $1M, scaling down to 1% on deals above $50M. ORBIT Close gets a 2–3% discount on every band.
Can I switch tiers?
Anytime. Upgrade pro-rates immediately. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle. Credits carry to the new tier on upgrade.
Do you bill in BRL/AED?
Not yet — Phase 4 of the rollout. Today we bill in USD via Stripe. BRL and AED land alongside our Brazil and UAE expansion.
What integrations are live today?
Email, calendar, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, SMS, Carta, Pulley, AngelList, Clerky, DocuSign, and Resend. New connectors ship every two weeks.
Refund policy?
First 14 days, no questions asked. Past 14 days, unused annual seats are refunded pro-rata. Credit top-ups are non-refundable once any portion is spent.
